
We acted as a technical extension of the Huel team, focusing on Shopify development that enhanced the subscription user interface to reduce churn. We executed a global SEO audit and implementation to capture diverse international markets and refined their Paid Marketing strategy to focus on high-LTV (Lifetime Value) cohorts. Our CRO efforts focused on A/B testing checkout flows to maximize the efficiency of their massive global traffic.
Through a series of incremental, data-backed optimizations, we helped fortify Huel’s digital infrastructure. Our work ensured that as their traffic scaled, their margins improved, cementing their position as the category leader in nutritionally complete food.
